We have some good Android news which should be coming up this week. After
many weeks of working on application we should have a product ready for
release on Android Market. The application has been developed in connection with
Tiny Red Cloud and is sure to be a hit.
Due to an error all our Mail Access iPad applications where missing
the user guides. We have now corrected this issue and links are now
working.
If you have other issues with this then you should open a support
ticket via the applications product page.b
Between the 23 and 28 December we will be closed and services such as ticket support, email support and phone support will be closed. Open tickets and pending tickets will be resolved when support are free to access from there own computers or phones.
Serious issues will be covered and all our hosting services and servers will be working and accessible between these times. Making no troubles for you.
If you are uisng one of our applications and you appear to have a issue when opening the application and entering settings opening the application again then causes a crash.
As many of you PlayStation 3 owners are likely aware, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 saw its multiplayer mode crippled last night, right around the time a patch was released to fix an issue with trophies not unlocking properly. While it was first assumed that the patch had somehow caused multiplayer to tank, Infinity Ward creative strategist Robert Bowling revealed via Twitter that the patch had nothing to do with the outage.
"Xbox Live servers are maintained and ran by Microsoft. PSN servers are ran and maintained by 3rd party companies hired to do so," Bowling explained. He went on to say, "MP doesn't require a patch. It's a server overload not a bug in the code. They're working to have servers back up ASAP."
A few hours ago, Bowling announced that a second patch had been released, which means trophy unlocks should now be working properly in single-player and multiplayer. Bowling also said that IW is adding more servers to keep up with multiplayer demand, and that a number of those servers are starting to come online as we speak. There still might be issues for some people, but it looks like things should be up and running again smoothly soon.
Our Control Panel Applications are moving over to a new dedicated IP and SSL connection moving the load away from the current SSL connection.

I've had an email from a public member which has problems with the way LockMail application handles data quoting that it uses "plain text files". Plain text files are NOT used data is sent via a SSL connection to an PHP IMAP connection to then return emails to the client.

If your on of those people with LockMail crashing then you will most likely be on the 3.0 or 3.0.1 firmware. This is because LockMail was completed on 3.1 SDK and with a 3.1 device. As LockMail was started as a project on the 3.1 SDK i have not looked into downgrading my SDK them compiling for 3.0 as this would seem a large waste of time for me as most devices should have 3.1 or above as Apple also seems to have this shown in the App Store now.
So the way to solve your problem is simply upgrade to firmware 3.1 or higher - It will be better for you as well as it contains bug fixes and updates by Apple. Upgrading may require you to follow a method on iClarified for help.

In other news I have today while laying in bed designed a plan ad concept for a large iPhone applications which will hopfuly hit big this is all hush at the moment so I can't release anything but once it's submitted you will get information. For a long time now i've been 50/50 about putting comments on my blog to i open it for people to comment or do i keep it shut so only i can comment.
For a trial time i've built a comment system and im going to allow the users to leave comments if the system becomes useless or covered with Spam then i will just close comments off.
At the moment the comment system will require a security check to make sure your a human or a computer.
User comments will be posted in light grey and the Admins / Mods comments will be posted in light yellow. Remember anyone can use the same name but only comments in light yellow are my Admins / Mods.
The blog uses Ajax live posting to send comments to the database as this is a trail its beta process and i've quickly put it together to you may find some bugs if you do then you can leave a comment :) or email me.
Last night an issue occurred with an old application named SweetMail our connection system to this domain name was restored online as part of our auto-backup process and therefore it regained server. This was an complete error for SweetMail.
However it was not completely a mistake as it was tasked to restore. We are hoping to release a better version of SweetMail with a new name and more features then SweetMail offered. Watch this space.
I had issue as once i installed Snow Leopard i was let down to find that Exchange 2003 doesn't not bring in the contacts and events. So i had to upgrade to Exchange 2007 and it was the best thing i done.
Exchange 2007 now works in Sync with iPhone 3GS, Mac and Windows (Outlook 2007). Also it has a nice online OWA.
If your using Exchange 2003 i would recommend upgrading to 2007. Also you can find it on the net monthly for the same price as 2003.

giving still don't make all emails push you have to fetch unless you have MobileMe, Exchange or other method.
So with 3.0 we have updated PushMod so it can handle 1, 3, 5 and 10 min
fetches allow you to get mail quicker and safe a little battery with a less fetch.
This week we have made some changes to Ollie Kett Designs just to improve the usage of the site and make communicating better between client and staff.
Also this week we built the next version of TSys 0.6.4 this improves the speed of returning results also its had alot of junk querys cut out so it uses smoother and quicker querys to find the data and also handles stuff after you have visited on the server to slow the usages of the user.
Text+ has now received over 100,000 downloads which is a massive achievement for our application which was released in March this year.
LiveLink Core is a fully working web server on the iPhone. Ive been working on this a here and there and its finally finished.
LiveLink Core might be seen used in some of my upcoming project. LiveLink Core is actually a fully working conf plus other files to get a fully working web server running lighttpd, PHP and Python from your iPhone.

SweetMail quick read has been sent out using the new coding allow quicker
load and then once you click around within SweetMail once loaded the response is
instant. Using quick method to switch between windows and new browser sliding
methods. Due to reduced functionally on the Lock Screen SweetMail use's it own
stroller and popup system gives it a sleek style straight from your iPhone
without even having to Slide to Unlock.
SweetMail Reader is current at version 0.4 and is in Beta so there are some
issue that need to be ironed out. Also within the update a Process named 'LogSafe'
has been put it and it recognizes incoming data say if you we're to enter
"gmail" it would then be able to produce the settings so you don't have to
fiddle around with loads of weird mail server entries.

I've submitted an mod to Modmyi which should be around on Cydia very shortly
and this will be a very good mod for some.
I done this cause im so annoyed with Apple - I purchased my iPhone think
push create just connect up to my personal IMAP mail server and working -
Only to find only Yahoo! and MobileMe from Apple support it :(
I then looked into a bit and created a Mod which ive submitted to Cydia so
you can turn any mailbox into a push mailbox - GMail, Personal Mail Server
or any other server.
Remember when your iPhone is in standby it will use the Cellular Network
Data so make sure you on an Unlimited Plan other wise you be losing all your
Bandwidth to your mail client.
Also i was amazed on how little battery
was used it only used 2% of
battery every 30
minutes in standby

Once your in SSH you need to be using a Mac (Not tested with windows machine)
Head to "/var/public/mobile/Applications/" and you will see
loads of random numbers one of these is iMob to work this out i listed by date
modified so i could work out and found it. I only have 4 or 5 apps install from
App Store so was easy to locate.

Controls jobs returns on stuff etc. Can change Exp in here dont enter a stupid
amount otherwise points will take years to add on and you'll get busted. Enter "10" or "100" depending on level.

Controls the leveling points and xp for levels

Controls properties - Here i edited the returns values and the properties price.

Controls items prices and stuff.
Once these have been edited your will need to restart iMob to allow the changes

Yeserday i got my First Mac. Ive purchased an Intel Duo Core, 120GB Hard Drive, 2GB Ram, 13.3" White MacBook running Lepoard 10.5 OSX.
Getting used to my new OS as it my first time with a Mac and im starting to like it. I very much like the speed of the OS and downloaded the devlopment tools for it to start creating some iPhone Apps.
I have purchased an iPhone this week. Yes an old version iPhone Unlocked and Jailbroking. Running Cydia so i can get them handy Apps.
The first thing i done was head wrong my mates to see actually if the iPhone 3G was any faster.
So the test was iPhone vs iPhone 3G both running on O2UK 3G Pay as you Go Sims. So we tested it out on my domain www.ollie.at. Pressed Go and they both starting loading.
They both got of to an equal start however the iPhone 3G completed then the iPhone come in behind the diffrence in connection speed seemed to work pretty much the same untill the last hurdle of showing the page.
I downloaded Google Chrome at the weekend and i think its the best browser. The broswer loads page faster than IE 7. If not twice as fast however not put it to the test against FireFox 3 yet.
Google Chrome is defently one of the best broswer for Google Applications such as YouTube, Google Mail, Etc.
If youve removed your recycle bin icon, or you previously added the some of the "special" icons like Computer, User or Control Panel to the desktop and they are now missing, you might want to know how to add them back.
Go to Control Panel -> Personalize (or right-click on the desktop and select Personalize), and then choose the link for "Change Desktop Icons" on the left-hand side.
Now you can chose the icons you want back on the desktop by checking the box next to the name.
Click the Apply button, and you should see the icon show up on the desktop immediately.
